Okayy...

I finished my shawl last night!!! Yayy!

It is now hanging with Momma's scarves and such.

We painted the bathroom today! Pretty color.

I got my CT! magazine in today! And I fell in love with some patterns!

I love this wizard cape. It's super cute!

And this. Super elegant!

The rain has subsided for the weekend. Thankfully.

Just kidding. It's Squirt.

Here is the lovely, yet blond, Rascal. This morning, he was sitting on that table and was cleaning himself, so he had his back turned. Squirt then jumped up onto the table and nosed Rascal. Rascal then preceded to turn around and BOP! Squirt right in the face! Poor Squirt was so surprised that he nearly fell off the table!

It shall be a rainy day week. Et Tu?

I tried to crochet last night, but I kept getting frustrated!

I'm trying to come up with a crochet pattern for a shawl from a book, but it's getting a bit crazy for me, so I put it down last night. Here's the color:

I got the idea from a book I read last week, Flyte. (Yes,  Septimus Heap).

Christmas Has Found My Home!

But I have a terrible cold. I feel like some pumpkin bread Momma made with our old stove.... burnt on the outside and untouched in the middle... XP  Ah, here we go with the post anyway!

Hello, how are you? I'm fine, thanks!

Enough with plesantries, on to something else!

On Sunday I wore my shawl.

Anyway, here's some Sunday news:

I went to church. Sunday school is where the action is. (Psssss- I'm gonna give the people nicknames!)

Last week, Jumping Bean(A hyper-active non-stop talking kid) would NOT stop talking. So, when I came into the class, I hugged my teacher, JJ(Her nickname. Remember that JJ is a girl!), and I headed for the dresser in our classroom. I went through drawer after drawer, not finding what I needed. Then, Yankee(Another friend.) asked me what I was looking for. Then I found it, and I showed it to him, and then to Jumping Bean. I told him that if he talked too much today, that I'd tape him to his chair. He looked at JJ and asked her why, and JJ responded with, "Well, Cate likes to hear my lessons. Last week, she couldn't because I constantly had to get onto you and Tinder(Jumping Bean's Sister)!" Jumping Bean laughed and said that she wasn't here. But when I waved the tape around, he shut his yap. Then, our teacher, Jewel(She's really nice and a very Godly woman.), walked into the classroom. JJ told Jewel that if anyone acted up, to contact security and get that kid or person to clean out the bus. I showed Jewel the tape and said, "Don't worry about him talking. I have his calling card." The entire lesson went awesome, and not a pep from Jumping Bean. The lesson was about, odd as it seems, about controlling your tongue. Funny, huh?

Now, about today.

At 1100 hours, my dad called and said that he was just then leaving the loading building in SC and was on his way home.

At 1330 hours, my grandparents comfirmed that they were in a different state.

At 1348 hours, my mom called and said that she'd be stuck at a nursing home for about a hour.

I'm home alone! I can do whatever I want! As long as I do what they expect of me, that is. But don't worry- I want to do what they expect of me. I get respect when I do. I really mature that way.

Congrats, you put up with me for a quarter of an hour! Go and congratulate yourself with some chips and a Diet Pepsi!

Earth, Dogs & Crocheting....

Another sorry, I-haven't-written-in-a-week post. Nothing uch happened, except that I got a dog sitting job from my neighbor! She's really nice. Her dogs are Australian Herding dogs. They have lots of energy. I totally wore out one of them by throwing her Frisbee for so long. Now, for some crocheting....

 It's really long, so I folded it up.

 I began this square as a way to burn some cheap yarn my grandpa found. It gets bigger later on in the post.

We went to A.C.Moore the other day!

Yarn to finish my rug, yarn to make the hat, and some discount yarn for a scarf! (PS: I'm not going to make the hat. =/ )

Momma made cornbread with a mix of it from Cracker Barrel and they were DELICIOUS!!!! We ate so many, that only three were left!

 Sug, can I join ya? IT's been so hot, and the heat waves just KEEP COMING!!!! It feels like 105 outside! No humidity!

 Warehouse 13 was on again Tuseday. So funny. He played with an artifact at a meusem and went bonkers. The funniest part was the secrity camera's video. LOL!!!! Kissing an invisable girl. He REALLY needs to stop dating....

Cauldia STILL is single, I think anyway. I haven't seen the cross-over episode when she goes to Eureka. That's a must-see!

This show came on last night, so I watched it. Totally HILARIOUS!!!! He doesn't know how to work technology! And the girl, she's hilarious. ALWAYS outsmarts the guys! And his cousin, totally stupid, yet so adorably funny! WHAT AM I SAYING?!?! ADORABLY??? BEN, WHERE ARE YOU?!?!

 Oh. There you are. And with Skandar....

I have never ended a post without Ben. I don't really care.

Finished projects!

I finished my shawl last night, draining my brain with 7 HOURS OF Warehouse 13!!!! Nothing like it! Here's my shawl!

It's huge!!!!!

I got bored, so I started this. Cute skirt, huh? I like the colors.

I made this and wore it all during camp!

Shawling & Movies
